Is fondant cake something you do?
We offer the option to cover the outside of your cake in fondant for a smooth, clean finish. While we do not offer full fondant designs or detailed fondant modeling, this option provides a simple, elegant look. Please note that this is a basic fondant finish and does not include sculpted figures or intricate detailing.
An additional charge of £15 applies for fondant covering.
What is the sizes of your cakes?
To help you choose the right cake size, here’s a general guide to the approximate heights of our cakes:
- Standard Cakes (5", 6", 7", 8", 10") – Approximately 7 inches tall
- Tall Cakes (5", 6", 7", 8", 10") – Approximately 10 inches tall
- Mini Cakes (5") – Approximately 5 inches tall
- Heart Cakes (5") – Approximately 5 inches tall
- Two-Tier Cakes – Approximately 14 inches tall

Yes, we do! However, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, so we cannot completely guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?
5 days, unless we're fully booked! Need it sooner? Get in touch, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS?
Yes! we offer eggless and vegan cakes.
(No gluten free or diary free cakes)
HOW DO I STORE THE CAKE ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
Cakes are to be stored in the fridge and taken out approx. 1-2 hour before being cut, depending on the room temperature.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we are notified at least 7 working days before your scheduled order date.
If your order is placed within 7 working days of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued.
Please ensure you contact us in time to be eligible for a refund.

Varying between £5.00 £10.00, £15.00 and £20.00 depending on the distance from us.
WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED
We deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm and you will receive an email one day before your order is due with a narrower time slot.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CAKES?
3-4 days.
HOW DO I SELECT A DATE?
Simply select the required date at checkout.
If your desired date is not available, please be note that our cakes stay fresh for 3-4 days in the fridge.
